If you are an end user whose data is processed through OMNX by an advertiser, publisher, or partner, please note: OMNX processes your data on behalf of that customer, and the customer is responsible for obtaining any legally required consents.

OMNX collects information in several ways, depending on how you interact with us.

A. Information You Provide Directly on the Site (Controller Role)

OMNX provides an AI-driven advertising and optimization platform. When advertisers, publishers, or partners integrate OMNX SDKs, APIs, or pixels, OMNX may process certain information about end users ("End User Data") on behalf of OMNX customers, including:

Personal Information (pseudonymous):

  • Advertising IDs (IDFA, GAID, AAID where available)
  • IP address
  • User agent

Non-personal / Technical Information:

  • Device type, model, OS version
  • Network type
  • Locale, time zone
  • App or site identifiers
  • Ad impressions, clicks, installs

What OMNX does not collect as part of ad-serving-level data:

Legal Role: OMNX acts as a data processor, and the advertiser/publisher is the data controller.

Retention: Generally for the duration of the active campaigns + 6 months, unless the customer instructs earlier deletion.

Platform Opt-Out Signals:

If a user disables:

  • App Tracking Transparency (ATT) on iOS
  • "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android

→ OMNX respects these settings and does not use the identifier for interest-based advertising.

D. Customer & Partner Contact Data

We also process business contact information from customers, partners, or vendors:
